Approximate seasonal rates for full occupancy of 8 people -

Low Season Rate : £1200 (1400euros) Medium Season Rate : £1500 (1750 euros) High Season Rate : £1700 (1990 euros) Peak Season Rate: £2400 /2800 euros

The villa will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

No cleaning charges will be made as long as the house is left in a clean and tidy condition.

Children- Please note the villa and garden are not suitable for children due to the depth of the pool and the terraced garden.

Pets- We regret we cannot accept any pets.

Smoking- We regret we cannot accept smokers. Smoke alarms are installed in the house.

Elderly- Please note there are steps up to the house from the driveway, which may be a problem for elderly guests.

Bedlinen and a hand towel in each bathroom is included in the price but please bring your own towels and beach towels.
